The world is being attacked fiercely by the coronavirus, and no one can survive alone. As members of the community of human destiny, we must work together, unite, and fight against illness to win the final victory.
Maybe you are not an anti-epidemic angel in the front line, but you can also contribute to this great war on your own. This can be done from small things around you, such as washing your hands frequently, going out less, not gathering people, obeying the recommendations of the health department and even the country and preventive measures. If you have to go out, it is advisable to wear a mask if conditions permit. The virus mainly enters the human body from the mouth, nose and other locations. Washing hands frequently and not touching the facial features can greatly reduce the chance of virus infection. This is a precautionary measure from direct contact. However, at the same time, we must minimize the airborne transmission of the virus. When meeting with others, you may be able to avoid direct physical contact, such as not shaking hands, hugging, etc., but you cannot stop the droplet transmission when others cough, sneeze or even talk. Some friends said that as long as the patient consciously wears a mask. The problem is that due to the particularity of this new crown virus, it has an incubation period of varying degrees, during which no symptoms will be revealed, and even some asymptomatic carriers, these can cause the virus to spread, not after the onset in danger. Under such circumstances, the patient has no way of knowing that he is ill, and even if he is conscious enough, he cannot think of the need to wear a mask to block it. In other words, even if you are very healthy, you may be infected with the virus and may spread to other people and even your family. Therefore, for your own personal and family's health, please go out as little as possible to the place where the crowd gathers. If you have to go, please wear a mask correctly before going, and avoid taking off masks in crowded places during the period. Failure to comply with epidemic prevention measures will cause great pressure on an already overloaded medical system, and may even cost life. Maintaining your own health and following the suggestions of relevant departments and countries is the biggest contribution to this smoke-free war.
We, YLcaster, have returned to work since mid-February 2020, and every day we follow various anti-epidemic measures. Wash your hands frequently, wear a mask, stay out of the crowd, and go out rarely.
